Went to go upgrade my phone to the iPhone 15 Pro Max had to pay $470 to pay off my phone once they had my money they told me I couldn’t upgrade and they couldn’t refund my money never once did they say it’d be based off of credit And a credit line that Verizon offers
Staff told me that they would refund my money within four days, which is a straight up lie called talk to a manager named Ashley who is incredibly rude and unwilling to help shame on you and your company

It is correct that the device payment agreement ability can vary from account to account based on account history and credit. Once a device is showing paid in full, that device is considered paid off and is unable to be reversed.
