Bill Charges

I have been having problems since March 2024.

 

i called to order new phones. Paid of the phones on the account to upgrade. When I went to pick up one of the phones at a local Verizon store, the number entered was incorrect. So they had to cancel the other order on that phone. (Never got refund for extra services charges) then the second phone was supposed to be shipped yet i NEVER received it. There were issues with UPS the phone was black.  Called Verizon again and informed them and they stated there would NOT be a charge for that phone.

went to Apple Store purchased a BLUE phone to replace the one that I never received.

i look at my account there are charges for a black phone and different SIM #. UGH! 

I call AGAIN! And supposedly have the phone removed and the charge.

Then again I get the updated bill $400 of extra charges!!! Are you kidding. I have been with Verizon 13 years!!!! 

Never had issues until now. It’s a nightmare. And still dealing with this nonsense!
