Bill Not Updated

Hello. I am unable to connect with an agent or rep until my bill is paid in full. What happened was my router was not returned within the 30 days and I was charged for it. So that triggered my bad memory to look for it along our moving boxes. My roommate buried it in our storage room and it is now been returned.

 

It’s been over a week since they received it according to the tracking number but the charge is still there. I would like for the charge to be removed so I can pay my actual bill. My phone is completely disconnected and they won’t let me speak to anyone.

 

I have been a good customer for over 5 years so it’s a little disappointing that I got a horrible router (hence the returning it) and being completely blocked off from contact to resolve the situation.
