I have a Verizon Wireless, Fios acount with email notifications on. I recently moved from one state to another and had my account closed off. I did not receive any notification from Verizon regarding my account being sent to collections agency despite of having email notifications turned on. I have never missed a single payment and even returned the equipment on time. Verizon has reported me to collections and posted on my credit report which is also affecting my FICO score negatively. I also have paid my bill of $ 71.16 on Verizon wireless payment section and it is still reflected on my credit report. I want to know how this can be resolved. Kindly help. Thanks!
