I added dvr service, very cool. The cost was added to my bill as I expected. The bundle / plan price also went up. That was unexpected. The chat service, after a very long wait, said that sometimes price go up due to competitive pressure. That was disappointingly unspecific. Surely this price change is an error. I’d rather not phone, it’s not a great use of anyone’s time. I wonder if I can get a specific explanation here.
