I am wondering if anyone knows if Verizon has some sort of one time forgiveness plan? I have been with them for over 20 years and have spent a lot of money with the company but the prices and fees have gotten outrageous. I have device payments or I would just switch. I have come on some financial hardships as a single mom with two kids trying to survive in this economy. I had my phone shut off and now with all the fees etc I can't afford to pay the bill. Was just wondering if anyone knew if they help with this kind of thing ever.
Thanks in advance

I have gotten assistance through community services. Our county has Grace Works that will pay bills one time per year for hardships. I’m sure there are resources where you live like this one. If u don’t know how to find tgem, go or call your local food bank/pantry and they will know who might do that in your area. Also some churches help people with bills too. If you make below a certain income, u might qualify for a free phone through the government. A lot of people in tn have them .

The only thing I've heard of is the Promise to Pay arrangement. The other poster had a great suggestion...would look into seeing if your community has something like that?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

They won't allow me to do that at this time. And I don't have the money to get caught up. Is there any sort of one time forgiveness plan?

Financial services is the team you will need to reach out to regarding payment options. If you have done so already and your account is not eligible for an arrangement, a payment will need to be made in order to secure services.
