Bill going up every month

Why does my bill go up every single month?  Even outside of this non voluntary raise on mobile protect. It still continues to go up after that. I have made 0 changes to my account but still literally every single month it goes up. Verizon just constantly raises prices than treats you like your stupid when you ask them why

Same, my bill went slowly from 413$ to 450$ little by little. You have to call and argue with some foreign person that doesn’t understand the actual problem or how to fix anything without a 45 minute wait for a supervisor who maybe just worse. If they do fix the difference in charges, it will happen for months again until you call and complain 8 times. I’m leaving at the end of my contract

What investigation have you done? Have you reviewed the detailed PDF copy of your bill to compare from month to month? Knowing exactly hasn't changed and what has can help you and the VZW reps towards finding the best solution.

Ever since I started with Verizon I’ve had issues up until today where I found out that charges that were supposed to be reversed back in March 2023 still were never reversed and I e been paying late fees on them this entire time plus the numerous threats of suspension. Now I can’t get my daughter a new phone( hers is broken) until they fix the problem which I guess is going to take even more time. My daughter leaves to go to school 1700 miles away and I need her to have a phone that works but yet again through no fault of mine except for being a sucker I’m waiting for Verizon to get their act together. No wonder they have contracts. No one would stay with them otherwise. They are terrible and so upset I switched
