A truck wiped out our lines and we were without fios for 2 days, then tonight we have an email showing our next bill is higher than usual? Why? It should be lower due to an outage not higher than our monthly bill. It makes no sense, why did it do that? I was out of work until the lines where fixed. I didn't have any pto I had to do 2 days unpaid. That's not fair.
