Hi,
We used to have "dry loop" (internet only, no phone service) internet from Verizon at my old apartment. We paid $49.99 a month. We recently moved and when we switched the service over to our new place, we were told the "dry lop" was no longer available. There's "Fees & Other Charges" that equal about $17 each bill I get now. What are those charges and Is this normal?
