I have moved out of the US .
Before I leaving. I went to the store and had my account closed by an associate on March 6th. I was told I would owe $5.61 which I paid on the spot. I have an email receipt for that final payment.
Today, March 8, I received a bill in email for $107 which is more than my old monthly payment.
What is the best way to rectify this?
