My bill showed a movie rental for American Pie 2.99 which I've had on DVD for years. With only 2 adults in the house we are certain we did not order a movie we already have. The representative Katrina, and the supervisor, Laquanda, both had smug attitutudes. In fact, the SuperVisor maintains we watched the movie lol. Not to mention my entire bill went up by over $30.00 and there was not anything they would do to keep me as a customer. So farewell dear Verizon.. what a nasty ending to what started as a great relationship.
