Billed for returned equipment and unable to access online billing information

We received an e mail bill with a ridiculous balance.
All equipment was returned in the packaging sent to us by Verizon at a USPS location .
Very disappointed .

I hope that this will be resolved promptly. After canceling our residential services with Verizon the customer service and information has been very poor. They should contact us via e mail on file immediately
