Billing: Credits not applied to accounts

My mom passed away in August 2023 and had a cell phone and Fios TV, internet, wifi. Cancelled the cell, got a credit for -$9.18. Cancelled the TV & internet, got a credit for -$35.84.
Because she passed they moved her account over to my personal verizon account with a new account #and now I receive a bill for $180.18 for services. How do I get Verizon to apply the credits to this bill?
