I am trying to resolve a billing situation with Verizon and it is very frustrating because apparently there is a massive lack of a paper trail between what we were told on the phone and what is happening in our account. I just want to start a paper trial of what we have been told so far and what is happening going forward. Is there an email address or other process I can go through to start tracking the actions that are being taken, or supposedly being taken? I am very frustrated right now
