Hello:
I would like to file a formal complaint concerning insufficient credits associated with previously charged Services which were not used.
The issue is too complex for your phone agents. They are unable to address properly. A "Billing Ticket" was issued, but the agent verified that there would likely be no response to it. The agent was also unable to provide any address, mail or email, to which a written complaint coule be submitted. She said there is no way for a consumer to file a written complaint. Really? Not a surprise as Verizon "Customer Service" has been a problem for years now.
Please advise on how to file a written and detailed complaint to address these issues, the net effect being that my bill is overcharged.
Thank you.
