Billing Error for Discovery+

I am at the end of my rope with my Verizon Fios bill. For the last year, I have been charged for Discovery+ and every month I have to call or chat with a representative to remove the charge. Every time I am promised the the service has been canceled and every month I am charged for it again. The representative told me last month that they do not know how to remove the charge because I am not actually subscribed to the service so they don't know how to prevent the change, so they just credit me. I'm tired of repeating the same request every single month. I went to the local Fios store and they also told me that could not help. Can anyone on this forum help point me to someone who can? I am happy with my overall Fios service and I would hate to switch providers over a trivial charge like this.
