How do I contact a corporate office for Verizon to file a complaint on the struggles I have had with their customer service for the last 4 months trying to suspend my service through them due to military deployment? I’m being charged for service I’m not even using and that I have been told 5 times now was resolved but every month the bill reflects my line still having service after I have provided all the necessary information to process this request on several occasions. What other options do I have to file a formal complaint on this besides through customer service?
