Billing Issues

Hi

I got connected with Verizon mobile service  in this month of 2023. I got 7 lines added into my account . I had various billing issues that generated for me .

I called Customer care representative and they told me that it will be taken care in 2 weeks time and I will get some waive off. When I called them again today morning , they are just ignoring what was been discussed and  agreed on . They are giving me some half negotiation now.

 

Not sure how to escalate this to Verizon,

I've made an overpayment myself before, Kuranan71. We can certainly help. Normally a credit balance would carry over towards next month's statement if there was an overpayment. Can you elaborate more on what you're looking for with your overpayment?

I also want to be transparent that if there is still a balance due, where a refund would result in a past due amount, we cannot refund that payment.

Thank you. I am having a problem. A few days ago, I spoke to an agent to update my payment arrangement to make a single full payment on 8/28. He said he updated my payment arrangement to accommodate that (my disability payment is late). I asked twice to verify. This morning my phone has been disconnected. I cannot make the full or even partial payment until 8/28. Please please help.

how do I access private note

Great question Rae14. To access Private Messages, it is located in the upper right corner between notifications and the profile image.

15 years as a loyal customer 8 days late on bill Customer service is not up to date Why are they threatening disconnect in 24 hours Never have I been so upset with Verizon Cheaper phone plans out there Something has to give
