Billing Nightmare
After years of paying my bill by ACH transfer, Verizon has decided to not only stop accepting it, but has kicked back payments from August onward! I cleared up the bill with a paper check, ironically on the same account they claim was no good anymore, but now have been locked out of paying by any kind of check, and have been told I have to pay in cash at a pawn shop downtown! Really? Who are you guys hiring to handle your computer accounts? Or has everything been outsourced to New Delhi?
