Billing Problem Collecting Credit

I have a recent billing statement (5/25/17) and it indicates I have a credit. How can I collect the credit. I cancelled all my Verizon services because of permanent residence relocation from VA to PA, Refer to account {edited for privacy}. Contact me via email ASAP. Thanks in advance.
