Billing Problem

My ex husband has a Fios bundle account. I have a separate fios and wireless account. During the months of December 2015, January 2016 and February 2016, he was billed for the three mobile numbers that are on my wireless account. All I want Verizon to do is credit his Fios bundle account for the three mobile numbers. Is there anyway I can file a complant with Verizon to have this problem fixed.

Just a friendly reminder, this is a forum where users help other users. It looks like your issue may require a Verizon representative to review your account details. Please visit our Support page for a variety of ways to contact Verizon, including “Ask Verizon,” our virtual chat agent, and customer support phone numbers.

This would apply to bills on your Residential account.  For wireless billing, you would need to contact Verizon Wireless.
