I have removed my payment information from my account and transferred my service because I don't agree with charges. I have tried to talk to Verizon support about this but they either tell me pay or their staff will cold transfer me because I want to talk to someone about disputing the charges. Now they sent an email saying they will force charge a backup payment method that I didn't know they kept around, so also a warning to anyone, if you delete your payment information they do still have it.
Easy solution though, I changed those card numbers. So I called them telling them this, and asking if we can fast-forward to that next conversation but they seem to be stuck in a loop telling me they are going to charge that payment method. How do I get through to someone that isn't a person-robot and has anyone else experienced this?
