Billing and promo

I don’t even know where to begin! I am really disappointed, upset and feel taken advantage of! I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon because my T-Mobile bill in my eyes was outrageous which was over $250 a month for just me and a iPad,  I was looking at other cell phone companies and felt like Verizon had the best reputation and cared about their customer so I switched and my first bill was better than my T-Mobile bill at $176. My second bill was even better than that at $139 but my third bill over $370 which just does not make any sense to me. And on top of that when I signed up for T-Mobile, I was promised promotion that they were running of a 65 inch TV from Amazon haven’t gotten any information about how to get the TV  or anything which I was promised within three days I would have an email and then 30 days after that another email nothing ever came. I had gone into the store to discuss it with an employee. I had called customer service more than three times each time was assured that I would receive some type of communication from Verizon whether it be email or a phone call within five days but I never received anything so I called back to customer service and spoke to somebody and he once again promised me that he would call me back in 1 to 2 hours that same day, but he never did and I also had mentioned that my Third payment was over $370 and he also told me that he would figure that out and fix it within the 1 to 2 hour window that he gave me about the promotion but of course I didn’t hear anything and at this point I’m just beyond upset! I feel taken advantage of and lied to. I’m honestly just speechless. I never thought Verizon $1 billion company would do something like this.

Regarding your billing, have you looked at the detailed billing to see what the charges are showing or did you simply review the total? Please let us know as we can provide the steps on how to view the detailed billing. Also, regarding the promo in question, did you complete the redemption process via your online My Verizon account?

Hi, if you switched with a trade-in your old device deal, it sounds like your trade-in wasn't processed for some reason and so the credit you were receiving on the first 2 bills was then revoked?  As for the TV promo, not sure what's going on there.  Is there a tile for you to press in your My Verizon account to redeem it?
