Billing and stolen device

By far the worst last 2 years with this phone company, from my phone bill switching several time throughout the year, from my phone being stolen and when I called there’s quote on quote “no insurance on your main device” even though there 100% is and I’ve been a completely good customer this last 2 years with them. Terrible just terrible
