Billing are still NOT correct after call three times

I’ve call multiple times to confirm my bills but the actual bills are not the same as the amount I’ve confirmed through phone call! Verizon charges a lot more than promised in purpose?
and also where is my gift card from Costco?! I joined your company because of it but now I haven’t received it yet!
