Verizon’s  ability to credit customers is out of control !!                                                              As of now I still can’t get them to credit my account properly since August.          My monthly bills have been higher every month and there is no concern from Verizon’s customer support.                    Every time I call I get promises from supervisors and live customer support that gives you false information to get you off the phone. I have documented and recorded each notification about my bill and it is  pathetic how they are handling these loyal customers and expecting customers to pay  higher monthly bills for their mistakes and delays in bill adjustments.

They tell you that they will call you back, with a follow up, that never happens!!

They give false information on the status of your credit and that never happens when you ask them for it in writing!!

Every time you call they refer to “two billing cycles” credits in the next month bills that just delays the credit process. But they can add associated charges to the account within the same day.

I never experienced anything like this in my lifetime. This situation has been unbelievable !!

My next call is to the better business bureau being that this is not being resolved according.

Yes, you are telling the absolute truth.  My fourth billing coming up and Verizon continue to over bill by not placing all credits on the account.

Still have not received the second $200 Amazon gift card for 5G Home Promo.

Verizon simply lie and ignore the issues.  It is a surprise to actually get anything resolved.   Every once in a while Verizon will do what’s right.

Now, I can not recommend It to anyone.  Would not want anyone else to have these ongoing, unresolved problems.

RE: 30 dollars Verizon Forward Program credit

Three billing cycles, Verizon has over billed by not deducting the  30  dollar credit  for the Verizon Forward Program.   
Have repeatedly requested the credit be applied  since December 2023.  The upcoming billing for February 19, 2024 is not showing the 30 dollar credit either.  Therefore Verizon will have over billed the account by  120.00 dollars as of the February  19, 2024 billing.   Immediately refund the over billed amount of  120..00.dollars.  Immediately add the 30 dollar Verizon Forward Program Credit to the account.
