So this is just a rant but no one is listening I have taken to LinkedIn X ( formerly Twitter). Back on March someone made changes to my account unauthorized. Then got my bill all jacked up. Received and outrageous bill. I then went to a Verizon store and and associate said not to worry he would take care of it. Then proceeded to tell me not to worry his is waving fees and this and that. I then received boxes to return devices to my knowledge I found I was charge all the fees and activation.
Then on June 22 I get a text message saying โthank you for my payment of 1,194.00. They charged me for devices that that had in their possession according to tracking for quite some time.
I opened a ticked on June 23 for this matter and was assured by several managers I would have it in 3-5 days. Make a long story short I had to escalate this matter and I got my money back july3. They had my money for over 11 days accruing late fees, late payments, reconnection fees, and other things like food and bills.
I was promised that this would be all resolved and of course it wasnโt and still isnโt. Then I am promised today to make it right that I would be given An iPhone 15plus for my trouble. I felt that this was acceptable but then they proceed to tel their going to use my earned benefit for an upgrade to make this happen. I was like no you will not use my earned upgrade cause I paid of my phone my debit. Now you want you use my benefit to make this matter right. I have been laughed at made fun assured by high ranking officials on LinkedIn this would be resolved team members would reach out to me.
No one at Verizon is listening to me. I have been with you guys 16 years and this is not how you make things right and this is not how you treat veteran that served this great nation.

I'm so sorry to hear about the problems you've been having with your account. Having someone make unauthorized changes to your account isn't something we ever want our customers to deal with. We're not able to view those screenshots yet, so I apologize for any repeated info on my part.
Have you already processed a claim with the Fraud Prevention Team? That would be your first step to make sure everything is resolved as quickly as possible. You can submit a claim using this link: https://www.verizon.com/about/account-security/file-a-fraud-claim You can also reach them by calling 888-483-7200.

Back in Feb one of your people called me talking about saving me money on my bill I repeated told I do not want any changes. She went in there and made changes and since that day my account has been a mess. You removed my debit card you have over billed me and you have taking longer than 10 days to refund me my money. This causing me nothing but problems followed up by a hurricane a week later and I was already in a hole cause you held over 750 of my money hostage. Heck the refund fund wasnโt even the correct amount. I was promised no bill for the month of July and I called and had a balance owed. I have spent over 40 hours on phones calls with numerous departments and it seems you guys just like to play tag and transfer you no one is listening or making it better.
