Billing error

This is the worst phone carrier I’ve ever had how does Verizon mess up my bill and expect me to pay it when my bill is messed up. Don’t Verizon. Gotta fix the bill in order for me to pay it and top it all off. I ordered some devices that never even got to me. Which I explained to them the first day I noticed I spent literally seven months every day calling for six hours sometimes four hours and I got 3/4 of those calls recorded and now Verizon wants to charge me $10,000. I Got PTSD from the word, Verizon I hear the word Verizon I remember those 6-8 months that I went thru he’ll with them not only that my lil sister committed suicide around the same time this started and I told them that and that I didn’t have extra time in my hand to deal with Verizon‘s mistakes, I went down to the Verizon store talking to the manager before the manager got on the phone. I explained the whole issue how they hang up on me wasn’t getting nowhere. I’ll get put on hold for hours and he said wow really and not only that at the Verizon store while he’s on the computer, I look at screen and I see another device on my account now even know about and somehow it just disappears. It was weird anyways.  so then he gets on the phone with me and they did the same thing to him and I looked at him and I said you see when you get nowhere either that day, i’m gonna be contacting some lawyers
