Billing for FiOS Internet

I recently just cancelled my service with FiOS internet. There was a negative balance on my final bill. I have tried calling but all I can get is automated services. Will this amount be refunded to me since there will not be another bill on my account to credit?

If you call 1-800-verizon you can speak to the billing department.
