I recently changed my services to get a lower price. I went from extreme hd to prime and also signed up for 50 per cent off hbo. I get my bill and it has increased by $3.00. Called and got no satisfactory answers and rep would not allow me to talk to supervisor. I then emailed CEO 3 times and never got a response. I am fed up and need to contact puc or FCC . Any suggestions on the best way to file a complaint. Tired of constantly fighting with this company. Also is there any watchdog group at the networks I could contact?

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under โMy Support Casesโ you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

After followup by the supposed escalation team here are my further results. They took $10.00 of my billing then gave me a credit of $10.67. No explanation just a generic email. And still no mention of 50 per cent off Hbo as I was told originally. OFF TO THE FCC!!!!
