I have called Verizon at least 8 times about a billing issue. I received an email verifying my package and pricing and have not been billed correctly since I activated my account. Then when I went to cancel I was told I would be charged contract termination charges. This makes no sense since Verizon is in breach of contract, not me. This is then worse service I have ever had or seen and I work in the service industry!!! Any ideas on what I can do?
