Billing issue

I signed up online for a discounted price plan versus free option with unlimited plan on the edge, my first bill is $155, I see there is a $25 month charge for the phone with a balance of $900+ .. I tried calling only to be hung up on by the automated system. ๐Ÿ˜• I didn't want to pay full price for the phone that's why I signed up on the online link for the free offer or $5 a month for so many months.. and I wanted the $5 month. Can someone help me or am I stuck paying full price ? Happy holidays everyone ๐ŸŽ€

I have nothing but issues with my EXTREMELY high phone bill! Unfortunately Verizon customer service isnโ€™t good at resolving issues just good at saying one thing and not following through!!
