I got my phones in on 4/16/2023 I get a bill due May 6 2023 I’m looking at the statement MY FIRST BILL it say Dated March 16 2023 - April 16 2023 but due May 6 then the turn around and charge me 159. 00 for April 5to may 6 due June 6. I never had service with them in March and if they bill in ADVANCE 1 month why am I being charged for a whole month I didn’t even have a contract with them. And this month my bill is 639. My bill shows 110. Reconnection fees my service has not been interrupted. And a past due balance from April and may both of which were paid automatically out of my account on the very day they say my service was disconnected in may when it wasn’t. So if the 639.00 bill 260. 31 was already paid along with the 269.23 but it was still showing 370. 52. 110 is For reconnection fees and the remainder of bill shows 269.23 and a late fee of 11.47 for 280.70 but I already paid 269.23. And if you want to actually dispute your bill you have too write to them . I been on the phone with this company for hrs only to get hung up on and my bill never fixed and it’s great they get paid to sit behind a telephone and lie to their customers while the customer is not getting paid for their time that gets wasted. It doesn’t matter if you take screen shots or have emails legit proof of what they would call a system glitch. Liars thieves and horrible customer service. The only good thing about this company is they let you make monthly payments to get service but they will even make you pay extra for that
