Billing issues after upgraded. Where do i go who do i talk to?? Help

(This is going to be long)

I early upgraded my phone (it was damaged store manager approved it, He said as long as its unlocked and the battery is good its okay.) Mailed in the phone and it  got returned, spoke with rep they said oh send it back so they gave me a new label and I sent it back (Mind you the rep knew about the damaged phone too and failed to mention I wouldn't receive it back) .  Then get hit with $557.99  dollar charge for the remaining owed amount on the phone I asked for the phone back they said "negative" no idea where its at cant contact the "warehouse" so we cant give you it back so pay $500 so you services don't get cut(so I did, Mind you no one told me once that I wouldn't get my phone back if I sent it in damaged, even though they mailed it back once already ). NOW  I have a random $275 "TRADE IN" charge that came from who knows where that no one can seem to tell me what it is, but am getting forced to pay it again and "NEXT month my bill will go down because I'm getting that back"  supposedly.  I AM TIRED of getting the run around I've been in the verizon store about 2 times a week now fighting all of this. 

WHY would I Early up grade my phone knowing it wouldn't work. the STORE manager said it was okay,  So why would I have continued all of this knowing that. Doesn't make sense I am at wits  End down $833.56
