Chat is no help it's staril and slow and agrivatimg. They are trying to say i didn't pay for the month which i did and now adding the month that was paid not credited for payment i was tell the chat the month has already been paid then they said it was a missed payment for February i said no it was paid in January and there is a payment for march and April. They refused to look it over and admit there is a mistake they can't access or resolve on the chat. This is why verizon needs a callable number because between system glitches and the chat person with limited resources or abilities to make a resolution does not sit well, there is no such thing as customer retention with company anymore sad that's why everyone has been switching to other services.
