So can someone Please explain to me why it takes several bill cycles to get your billing right ?

When I called Dish with issues they fixed it the same day and you could verify thr info online at the latest next day.

Same with Comcast and DTV . But not when you Call Verzion The request has to go from one person to another person to another mgr then go thru approval process and then it wait and see how messed up your bill is the next month.

Called Verizon Wireless with a billing issue and Boom logged in to my verzion and I could see that it was fixed.
