I ordered a phone June 21 and have since returned it . It is not associated with the phone line I had originally ordered it for anymore. However I am still being billed for the new phone. I have called and chatted multiple times and am always told… no worries we will fix this for you. Well here it is a week later and my bill is still $100 more than it should be.
Anyone else having issues with being told something is done yet it seems that these promises are not followed through on? I’m afraid if they don’t resolve it now it will be even harder to get the credit back to my account!
