I was sign up at one of verizon affiliates for an additional line that i didn't ask for..was charged for month for the phone and call customer service multiple times...customer service said would help me with problems would get the charges off my bill would call me back ...and charges still there and they didn't ever return my call now they are saying nothing more can they do for me...
