Billing nightmare

I"m in a billing nightmare.  A Verizon customer service agent switched our plans to a new "cheaper" and better service for our four iPhones.  I asked the agent what could cause that bill to increase.  I was told "nothing," the price would stay the same.  Sounds good right???  So I get one bill for $159.  Then the net month's bill is $169.  The the month after that is over $190.  I'm on the phone with an agent right now, she says my estimate bill for next month is $367!!!!!!  And she can't explain why......  Somebody from Verizon please help me.  This is ridiculous.
