Billing/payment issues

So I got this phone a month ago and on the third paid my first bill for around $120, the money was taken out of my account, and I also have receipts from Verizon saying I’ve paid my bill, but today they said I now owe $280 and I need to pay $160 today or my service gets shut off, and it even says on the app that my bill was paid on the third, I have screenshots and proof of everything, yet no one can help me and they say they have no idea why it’s doing that and to reach out to my bank. My bank on the other hand says that I have to resolve it with Verizon and I’m just so confused and am getting no answers with anything. This is my first time having them as a service provider, and this is my first bill, and I’m 100% regretting switching to them and I would rather just pay the $300 to buy out of contract then to ever have to deal with this again. 10/10 TERRIBLE experience so far. Up until today, I really liked the service, and recommended it to many people, but after today absolutely not and I will be discontinuing service as soon as possible.

I’m having same issue with my account I have called in several times only to receive very rude service from Verizon team I wish someone could help
