Let me start out by saying that I have been with Verizon over 20Years And  in my opinion they do have the best signal and Coverage !

2024  Traded in old phones for new! I told the guy in store keep everything the same! 

He signed us up for Verizon cloud without telling us!

He  also signed us up for Verizon mobile protect when we added Apple Care without telling us!

Don't need to pay for Verizon cloud we Have apple phones hence iCloud!

Called and the girl straightened everything out! S o I thought! Get next months bill and still being charged for unwanted and unneeded services!  was on the phone for 1 Hour 43 Minutes! Dude said it is up to me to make sure my bill is right and if I pay the bill then I automatically agree to the charges and that the charges are right! I told him I didn't sign up nor did they tell me that they were signing up for this > he said he talked to his account manager and there is nothing he can do !  I said transfer me to your cancellation department and after 30 more minutes he magically gave me a $15 dollar credit and that was all he could do! Still not satisfied but my time arguing with them isn't worth it! 

Check your Bills monthly people!

Yikes.  These phone deals typically require you to be on Unlimited Ultimate in my experience, and with the top plans, there's also a requirement for an additional $20 of perks.  Why?  Beats me.  In any case, you can manage your perks by going into your account and there's a section in there where you can cancel whatever perks you don't want and change them to something else.  Caveat being that you still have to have $20 worth of perks per the contract.
