The customer service with Verizon has been awful. I have been having problems with my bill since November of last year! Everytime they say it’s fixed, the bill is still outrageous!! It all started when an employee changed up my plan & added things I never asked for. When I went back to talk to someone about the bill, I found out that the employee that messed everything up had just quit! It has been multiple trips to a Verizon store with hours spent just trying to “fix” the billing and get things sorted out but it still is not right! How do I go about emailing a higher up person?
