Back in August I switched plans and I was told that promotion credits would not fall out, since then my monthly bills has been higher every month till now. I called  Verizon several times and I spoke with life customer support and the Supervisors. They all promised that the issue would be resolved but nothing is being addressed. Did anyone experience the same issue and who did you called to get it resolved?

I know how budget conscious I am and to have my bill increase when it was unexpected would be problematic for me, VS60. It is definitely important to get accurate information when making a change, and how it might affect any promotions. We'd be happy to get a second look into this.๐Ÿ‘€
