I have a serious complaint against Fios. I had closed my account in May 2020 and i also returned the equipment. Fios charged me $79 in June which has been paid from my account. Now after two months of cancellation Fios is still sending me bill every month. Kindly refund my June amount and stop sending me further bills.
The fios connection was in my apartment.
