I am having serious issues with Verizon after I purchased my phones and negotiated the bill to be understood item per item and my monthly charge. After we agreed upon purchase I had to call about several wrong charges from my 1st bill. They even turned me off when 2 phones were 17 days started and the 3rd phone 12 days. My bill jumped from 214 w autopay 235 without to 430 then 650 then 3 days later 850. All in 26days of service. When I got someone they could not take off the services I never antef because he wasn't authorized. I asked for supervisors 6 times and held iver 45mins 4 of them to be tld they'll have to call me back. Never did. I told Verizon to not put me on autopay and they are not authorized to take a dime from my account. I will pay my m I mthly bill as agreed at purchase. They took 862 out of my checking whe my bill was 214monthly. I told them not to touch my account they're not authorized and if they were my bill was only 214. Why on earth would they think they could take more with even running it by me if it were more. Than the agreed monthly bill. THIS IS WHY I TOLD VERIZON 3 TIMES THAT THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZE TO TAKE PAYMENT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. Since they refuse to send me a bill . A supervisor corrected the charges but no one will fix the previous wrong charges. I get the run around and no answers. I even address it on chat and when I typed the amounts upon purchase agreement all the sudden the Verizon Wireless agent kept typing " sorry we are having technical issues at this time" I continued and after several lying responses she made a comment. When I countered that with Verizon actually owed me- same lie tech difficulties. Amazing how she responded and knew everything I said.This needs the attention of the FCC. Especially when I know my charges and want nothing additional. They refuse to fix admitted wrong charges.they refuse to honor our purchase agreement. They could not tell me what the extra charges were for when asked. THIS IS 100% CRIMIINAL. I'VE NEVER SEEN A BUSINESS OF THIS WELL KNOW BR SO CROOKED AND DECEITFUL. THEN BEWARE they will try to count back instead of taking your known figures and showing you where they came up with the extra charges. I know my bill amounts for service, protection,devices, taxes and surcharges and govt fees I don't want anything else and this was all figured on day 1. The fact that they have stolen 862 and not fixed the wrong fees and added services is ridiculous. I am willing to follow through and find others having the same experience and problems. What is wrong with companies doing honest business. I bought the service with in my budget amout affordable for me. Why can't I just pay the monthly bill of the amount I was told that verizon could do and agreed to upon purchase. Anyone else LOOK AT YOUR BILL FEES.and ask questions . Everyone with avoided results and no answers should contact the FCC.
