We have been with Verizon for over 20 years and have 6 lines. Billing is never correct and getting anything fixed takes hours of discussion and months to get resolved. Latest issue is being charged for travel pass for two days of international travel. We did not use our phones. After 45 minutes while the agent goes back and forth with several customers, he said he credited our line for $20.  I canโ€™t see that credit at all. Then I went to Chaya couple days later and it was obvious that he was dealing with several customers cause his info had nothing to do with my account. After an hour, I no longer could stay on the phone so I disconnected. I know itโ€™s only $20 but two months ago it was another issue fora$500 chargeback. It doesnโ€™t end and they just add and subtract charges on our bills whenever they want to. As soon as we get all the devices paid for, we will definitely switch carriers. They are not the company they use to be. Very disappointed in their service
