In addition to over billing me no one would take my calls to resolve/ respond to the issue and none of what they were saying my additional charges were were anywhere in the contract that I signed. I have since reread the contract and I still don't see what they said or made mention of the additional so called charges to take my bill from $35 - $115 . How can Verizon be getting away with stuff like this?

Why was nothing in the initial contract about any extra costs. Did you think I would just pay?
