My next billing estimate is almost 600 only to see I’m being charged 250 out of nowhere for my international plan, now i usually press boost in text and it’s ATLEAST a good 300 even with it but now I’m getting random “used up 2g” data EVERY 10 minutes and random “thankyou” to add it all up, I’m basically getting played- with a Disney bundle charge I DONT USE and other bundle I DONT USE EITHER
Hey there, KaqGib, we defintiely want to help ensure that your billing is correct! You mentioned you're seeing additional charges for service while traveling internationally. Do you recognize the charges added to your account. With regard to the Disney Bundle etc, are these additional perks added to your plan? If so, were you able to remove these services since you are not using them?
