I upgraded the the 3 iPhones on my plan. I was to receive a $400 credit per phones, that was to be applied to each of the phones. The cost of the phones was $23 each and after the promo was applied they all should have beed between $11-$12 each. I have been calling every month since May to get this situation cleared up. Over this time, a representative switched the plans for the 3 iPhones which cause another issue. Every time I call, a representative says they "fixed" the issue. We are now in Oct and the issue is not fixed. How do I go about getting this mistake fixed.

I traded them in back on May 31st 2024, The credits have still not been applied and I am getting tired of calling in every month to get this fixed, just to know have it get fixed
