Hello, need some help! Requested a replacement phone for daughter…the box w/ label was accidentally thrown out…. Got another box from local Verizon store, however they said I need to contact customer service, I did 5 TIMES AND EACH TIME I WAS ASSURED THEY WERE SENDING OUT A NEW LABEL ASAP,,, it’s been 6 weeks and now I’m being charged for the device// which I’m gladly willing to send back. I can’t pay a 1,000.00 phone bill! Again I contacted you asking for a new label which was never sent, Sound Fair? Sorry just frustrated beyond belief
